The photographs from the homecoming are uploaded to the Face-to-Face web site and are ready to view. Please use the following information to access them. If there are any questions or problems, please call the studio.

Any student wanting to play any sport for the 2014-15 school year must have a parent attend a mandatory meeting on concussion and insurance. The next meeting will be held on Oct. 1, 2014 at 3:30 pm. If you have not attended a meeting for your child, this will be the last meeting held until January of 2015.

The ACT is an important college entrance exam for students planning on attending college. Please check out the registration information and deadlines that are approaching. For more information you can also see Ms. Gayles or Ms. Leslie in the counseling office.

Due to a water main break, school will release today (9-10-14) at 10:15am. School will resume as normal tomorrow (9-11-14) unless otherwise notified.

Any parent who has a child that is interested in playing a sport at SPHS, will be required to attend a meeting Wed at 6pm to sign new LHSAA forms. No student will be allowed to play unless their parent attends this in service. Sport specific meetings may be held after this main meeting. For more information contact Coach Johnson.

Superintendent John White has just announced that 2014 student test results will not be available today. Schools will be able to access student results Tuesday evening, May 20th.

Parents can expect to receive student results by Wednesday, May 21st.

SPHS is proud to announce the students making the Honor Roll and Perfect Attendance list for the 3rd Quarter.

South Plaquemines High School students and staff members are to report to school on Wednesday, February 26, 2014. School will be open. Students will have a 1 pm early dismissal due to a mandatory testing in-service for all teachers and instructional staff.
