* In order to enroll your child, the following documentation must be presented by the parent:
1- Birth Certificate
2- Social Security Card
3- Immunization Records
4- Parent(s) Identification Card
5- 8th Grade LEAP scores (incoming Freshmen only)
6- Report Card
7- Transcript (Juniors & Seniors especially)
8- Court Ordered Custody documentation (If not the parent listed on birth certificate)
9- 3 Proofs of Residency:
- Must be in parent(s) name
- Post Office box CANNOT BE USED AS PROOF OF RESIDENCY
- Must show a 911 physical address within the school district
- Must be current
- Driver's license, car registration, or voter registration WILL NOT be accepted
*We will accept the following: Utility bill(s) such as electric, gas, water, cable, or phone; lease agreement, mortage agreement, or homestead exemption
*Summer registration hours are between 8:00am-2:00pm, and offices are closed on Fridays. Furthermore, please be aware that students who have not submitted proper registration information prior to August 8, 2012, will NOT be given a schedule on the first day of school.
